The practice has developed a 34,000 square foot, multidisciplinary, state-of-the-art, Brain and Spine Institute to provide an array of neurological services to the Mid-Ohio Valley. The full spectrum of care includes neurosurgery, neurology, neuropsychology, neurophysiology, orthotics, PT/OT, and pharmacy and laboratory services. There will also be a 70 person auditorium to hold CME seminars and educational events for the community.
Marietta Memorial Hospital consists of a 200 bed not-for-profit community hospital; The health system is also comprised of our 25 bed critical access hospital (Selby General Hospital), a full service cancer center, rehabilitation center, extended care facility and a retirement community. Marietta Memorial Hospital completed a 94,000 square foot, $25 million dollar expansion designed to provide better access to care for patients and families in July 2005. It is housing a new 18,000 square foot emergency department that provides up to 30 treatment rooms, new operating rooms, family-friendly waiting areas and support services.
