Sampson Regional Medical Center is currenlty recruiting for an Invasive or Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join an existing practice. CALL COVERAGE WOULD BE 10 DAYS PER MONTH, TO INCLUDE ONE WEEK-END. Two of the Cardiologists from Raleigh see patients 6 days per month @ the office located in Clinton. We would like to recruit a Cardiologist for the Group with the primary responsibility to see patients in Clinton on a full time basis. This is an opportunity to perform a full range of procedures, including echos, stress tests, nuclear cardiology and cardiac catheterization. We are a level ll ED. 132 Beds. Location is midpoint between Raleigh and Wrightsville Beach, approximately 1 hr., 15 min. from either location. Net income guarantee.

The hospital opened in October of 1950 and is a nonprofit organization. Sampson County is the owner of Sampson Regional Medical Center and leases the hospital to Sampson Regional Medical Center, Inc. to operate the hospital. A 15-member Board of Trustees, the chairman of which is Mr. Allie Ray McCullen, governs the medical center. The appointment of the trustees is approved by the Sampson County Commissioners.
