Elliot Hospital is a 296-bed, JCAHO-accredited acute care facility and level II Regional Trauma Center, which is distinguished by its extensive Primary Care Physician Network, Women's Health Program, Geriatrics Programs, a Regional Cancer Center, and a Level III NICU.  Construction is underway on The Elliot at River's Edge, a state-of-the-art 236,000 square foot ambulatory care center. In addition to orthopedic surgery, the center will include urgent care, diagnostic imaging, pain management, laboratory services, and a number of other medical and support services.

Recently, Elliot Hospital was named one of healthcare's Top Wired Hospitals in the country according to Hospitals & Health Networks Magazine. EHS has made information technology a priority in patient care, implementing fully-integrated electronic medical records.
