Success Story
Lee Meyer image.
"As the recruitment manager for Dreyer Medical Clinic in Aurora, IL, I have the sometimes daunting task of filling up to 30 physician openings a year. Recruitment has become exceptionally competitive, and I make certain that our dollars are well spent on effective, measurable methods. My team diligently tracks our placement success rates and we have proved that, over time, the money we spend with PracticeMatch saves us money. In fact, PracticeMatch has paid for itself over the years with its superior services, including updated profiles with current information; the ability to hone in on specific criteria; and a user-friendly interface to work with the database. Real-time information and attentive customer service also impact the bottom line. It’s not unusual for me to contact a candidate by noon from a customer service alert sent from PracticeMatch that morning. Are there other options? You bet. Recent economic pressures have taken their toll on all of us and sent me looking for lower cost options. The old adage is true: You get what you pay for, and our recruiting results sadly reflected my attempt at frugality. I recommend that all recruiting departments set a budget then measure the results from every effort and investment. The bottom line--stick with methods that deliver results. For me, that means PracticeMatch, which has become an essential part of our success."
