Desert Springs Hospital is assisting a very well-established seven-person group recruit an additional member.

This is a 40 year old traditional Internal Medicine practice. The group currently sees 20 to 25 patients per day in office, and has an average of 1 to 2 patients per week in hospital; call is shared equally.. Additional staff includes 2 to 3 nurses per physician; the office also offers a full-service lab, x-ray and ultrasound facilities. Spanish skills would be a plus.

Compensation includes a competitive salary (going to salary plus bonus after Year 1), benefits and a partnership track.
