DeKalb Regional Medical Center • 24,000 Annual ED Volume • Very Competitive Rates • 12-bed ED (4 Fast Track; 1 Lab Room) • Level III Trauma Center • 52% Urgent, 23%Emergent and 25% non-urgent • Physician - Single coverage, 12 hour shifts (7-7) 12 hour NP/PA Shifts (11a-11p) o Back up-OB, Peds, Cardiology, Orthopedic, IM, Radiology, Surgery, Urology & Part Time -ENT, Pathology, Ophthalmology, Pulmonology, Neurology, Invasive Cardiology, Oncology • ACLS, ATLS, PALS - required o BC/BE EM, FP, IM or 2500 hours of ED experience in the past 5 years and Residency trained o ATLS, ACLS, PALS - Physicians *ACLS, PALS - NP/PA • 134-bed full service facility • Promed Documentation Located in the Mountain lakes region of NE Alabama.
