The Department of Dermatology at Indiana University School of Medicine is searching for a part-time or full-time Pediatric Dermatologist. Candidates must be BC/BE in pediatric dermatology.
Opportunities for clinical or basic science research are available. Faculty rank and salary will be determined by academic credentials and experience. Responsibilities include caring for infants, children and adolescents with dermatologic disorders in outpatient clinics, staffing inpatient consultations, as well as education of pediatric and dermatology residents and medical students. Laser/surgery opportunities in the outpatient and operating room settings are available. Patients are seen at a number of locations.
The IU School of Medicine (IUSM) has nine campuses across Indiana. In 2011-12, all four years are offered at campuses in Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, Northwest, South Bend and Terre Haute. Bloomington, Evansville, Lafayette and Muncie offer the first two years with plans to offer clerkships in the next two to four years.
