We're seeking providers who are excited about seeing a wide variety of patients as you help build a new clinic that will become the premier provider of healthcare services in Merced.

Mercy Merced Medical Group is a service of CHW Medical Foundation (CHWMF). CHWMF is affiliated with Catholic Healthcare West, one of the leading healthcare systems in the country.

You'll have the opportunity to …

• Develop a full scope, outpatient Family Medicine practice (no OB) and perform procedures.  Hospitalists will be available 24/7 for admissions and inpatient management at Mercy Merced Hospital (www.mercymercedcares.org), a new 190-bed facility located next to the clinic for convenient courtesy patient visits.
• Use leading edge technology, including EMR
• Work with residents in UC Davis’ Family Practice Residency Program based at the hospital
• Work in a collegial and supportive environment

 Compensation package includes:

• Initial 24-month salary guarantee with the ability to earn quality and productivity bonuses above the salary guarantee
• Afterwards, compensation will be based on a productivity model, using work RVUs
• Generous benefits package including full health insurance, malpractice insurance, pension plan and matched savings retirement plan
