Posting of Positions - PracticeMatch places your job postings on the PracticeMatch Career Center and monitors and responds to candidate queries.
Direct Candidate Contact - We will directly contact each candidate to determine if they are interested in the opportunity.
References - We can contact up to three references provided by the candidate.
Correspondence - We are able assist your representative with e-mails and other correspondence needed to schedule interviews and make travel arrangements for the candidates.
Itinerary Assistance - We will assist your representative in coordinating the candidate’s itinerary for the site visit.
Spouse Interview - We will follow up with the candidate’s spouse to discuss any concerns about the community, housing, and family needs.
Pre-Interview Briefing - PracticeMatch communicates to the candidate and your representative details about the interview process, expectations, and any special requirements.
Post-Interview Debriefing - We will follow up with you and the candidate after the interview to discuss his/her opinion of the interview and any issues of concern.
Assist with contract negotiations - PracticeMatch can coordinate the communications between you and the candidate on employment contract issues and special areas of concern. However, we will not provide any legal advice to candidates. You and the candidate should obtain separate legal counsel to negotiate any employment contracts or to provide any legal advice.
Post Hiring Support - We make sure to contact the candidate at various intervals prior to their start to confirm that they are completing the necessary steps, such as state licensure, credentialing, and house hunting.
